## Terms of Service
Welcome to BASEBALL SHOP @SHO. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
### 1. Store Currency & Pricing
All transactions on our store are processed in **Japanese Yen (JPY)**. While your web browser may display prices converted into your local currency for convenience, the final amount charged at checkout will be in JPY. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or currency conversion discrepancies charged by your bank or credit card issuer.
### 2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International buyers are strictly responsible for all import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.
* **Refusal of Delivery:** If a buyer refuses to accept a FedEx delivery due to customs charges, any return shipping fees, original shipping costs, and administrative fees incurred by our shop will be deducted from any potential refund.
### 3. Prohibition of Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final). Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback with your credit card company or dispute via PayPal without providing a verified, unedited unboxing video will be reported to Shopify Risk Management and relevant collection networks.
### 4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

## 利用規約（日本語）
BASEBALL SHOP @SHOをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。当サイトでのご購入、またはご利用を開始された時点で、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
### 1. 決済通貨および価格表記
当店のすべての決済は **日本円（JPY）** で処理されます。お客様のブラウザ上で現地通貨（ドル等）に換算されて表示されている場合でも、最終的な請求金額の基準は日本円となります。お客様のカード会社や決済機関によって発生する為替手数料やレートの差額について、当店は一切の責任を負いません。
### 2. 関税および輸入税の負担
海外への発送において発生するすべての関税、輸入消費税、および通関手数料は、**一律で購入者様（バイヤー）の負担**となります。
* **受取拒否への対応：** 関税の支払いを拒否して商品が配送業者（FedEx）から当店に返送された場合、発生した往復の送料、および手数料の実費を差し引いた金額のみを返金、または返金不可の対応とさせていただきます。
### 3. 不当なチャージバック・異議申し立ての禁止
当店でのご購入は、すべて当店の「返金ポリシー（原則返品不可）」に同意したものとします。正当な理由（未編集の開封動画による証明）がないにもかかわらず、カード会社への不当なチャージバック（支払い取り消し）や決済機関への異議申し立てを行った場合は、Shopify不正利用管理部門への報告等の厳格な措置を取らせていただきます。
### 4. 準拠法
本規約および当店が提供するサービスは、日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
