日本国内への配送
日本国内のご注文は、日本郵便のゆうパケットで発送します。送料は全国一律220円です。ご注文金額15,000円以上の場合、国内送料は無料です。
国内注文の発送時期・追跡情報
日本国内のご注文は、お支払い確認後、1〜3営業日以内に発送します。発送後、追跡情報をお知らせします。
海外への配送
海外のご注文は、日本郵便のEMS（国際スピード郵便・追跡付き）で発送します。現在設定している配送対象国・地域に限り承ります。
送料はアジア・東南アジア3,000円、アメリカ・カナダ・オーストラリア4,000円、ヨーロッパ4,000円、中南米4,000円、中東5,000円です。いずれも日本円での設定額です。実際の請求額はチェックアウトでご確認ください。
ミャンマー、ベネズエラ、東ティモール、ドミニカ共和国、オランダ領カリブ（ボネール・サバ・シントユースタティウス）への配送は承っておりません。また、EMS対象外の住所・地域には配送できません。
海外配送の状況・関税
発送後、追跡情報をお知らせします。到着までの日数は配送先、通関、航空便および現地の配送状況により異なり、到着日を保証するものではありません。引受停止や配送制限により発送できない場合は、対応についてご連絡します。
米国向けのご注文で発送する内容品の合計価格が2,500米ドル以下の場合、関税等の事前支払分は商品価格に含まれ、当店が発送前に支払手続きを行います。この取り扱いは米国向けのご注文にのみ適用されます。
米国向けで発送する内容品の合計価格が2,500米ドルを超える場合、当店による関税等の事前払いは行いません。関税・輸入税・通関手数料等はお客様のご負担となり、別途通関手続きが必要です。
米国以外の国・地域への配送では、当店による関税等の事前払いは行いません。配送先国の規定により発生する関税・輸入税・通関手数料等は、送料とは別にお客様のご負担となります。
配送先住所
ご注文時に、受取人名、郵便番号、住所、連絡先を正確にご入力ください。住所の不備や受取拒否等により返送された場合は、再発送の可否と費用について個別にご案内します。
Domestic shipping within Japan
Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post Yu-Packet. Shipping is JPY 220, and domestic shipping is free for orders of JPY 15,000 or more.
Domestic order processing and tracking
Orders within Japan are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
International shipping
International orders are shipped exclusively via Japan Post EMS with tracking, to the countries and regions currently supported at checkout.
Shipping rates are JPY 3,000 for Asia and Southeast Asia; JPY 4,000 for the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Latin America; and JPY 5,000 for the Middle East. These are the rates set in Japanese yen. Please check the final amount at checkout. No order-value-based free shipping is available for international orders.
We do not ship to Myanmar, Venezuela, Timor-Leste, the Dominican Republic, or the Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, Saba, and Sint Eustatius). Addresses and areas not served by EMS are also excluded.
International tracking, delivery and customs
Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, flight availability and local delivery conditions. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If shipping is unavailable due to service suspensions or restrictions, we will contact you about the next steps.
For orders shipped to the United States with a total shipment contents value of USD 2,500 or less, the amounts prepaid for import duties and related charges are included in the product price. We arrange payment before shipment. This policy applies only to orders shipped to the United States.
For U.S. shipments with a total contents value exceeding USD 2,500, we do not prepay import duties or related charges. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility, and separate customs clearance procedures are required.
For shipments to countries and regions other than the United States, we do not prepay import duties or related charges. Any import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are separate from shipping charges.
Shipping address
Please provide an accurate recipient name, postal code, address and contact details. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you regarding reshipment availability and costs.
